Private institutions commonly fill a share of seats in BTech, BArch, BPharm, MBA through management, institutional or NRI routes under state and regulator rules.

The rules that never change

Mandatory entrance exams cannot be bypassed (NEET for every medical seat).
Counselling and eligibility rules still apply to management and NRI seats.
Pay only the approved fee, only to the institution's official account.
Nobody can guarantee a seat. Treat guarantees as a red flag.
